Refund Policy

Because every item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email customerservice@drippydoodles.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before they go into production.
